Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Accounts - Real Estate - CA (10-20 yrs)

Job description:

1. Qualified CA with 10 -12 years of Post Qualification experience, which should include, at least 2 years of recent exposure from the real estate entities.

2. Preparation and timely closure of Quarterly & Annual Financials of listed entity i.e., Holding company and its subsidiaries

3. Compliance with set accounting and reporting standards including IND - AS as well as internal control systems IFC & RCM.

4. Following SOP, guidelines and procedures relating to financial controls, expenses and other general accounting within regulatory Framework.

5. Monitoring day to day accounting activities including accounts payable function & ensuring all vendor bills/ invoices are cleared as per defined timelines

6. Computations of Advance Tax Self-Assessment Tax and filing of Income Tax Returns & Assessments.

7. Familiar with GST norms applicable to Real estate , Filing of Returns & Assessments.

8. MIS requirements from the Managements & preparation of Cashflow.

9. Coordination with external Agencies viz Statutory Auditors & attending to Internal Audit queries.

10. Coordination with Consultants & GST / Income Tax Authorities wherever necessary.

11. Require candidates only from Real Estate Background.
