We are seeking an Python developer who is interested in joining the Support Engineering Team.

The role sits in-between Ad Ops and the Engineering team, to help campaigns run smoothly and to troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that may occur.

The role also includes helping integrate and certify with new third-party ad technologies that Blis works with.

This requires careful planning and testing as well as good internal and external communication skills and coding experience.

Shift : UK (2pm -10 pm IST).

Responsibilities:.

Support the Campaign management team with the technical setup of POI and locations in our platform.

Support the team to research and collect the locations required via Google search, websites, and location mapping tools.

Quickly and efficiently solve or escalate troubleshooting tickets.

POI and location searching via scripts and manual locations.

Good attention to detail, quality of data collected by team and self.

Familiarity with various geospatial data formats (like GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML) and standards (like WMS, WFS).

Regularly impart knowledge and proven processes into company's knowledge base for the benefit of the wider team commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan.

Skills and Experience:.

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science and related hands-on engineering experience( 3-5 years).

Work experience as a Python Developer.

Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid).

Experience in Python scripts, SQL ( intermediate level).

Basic Understanding of Linux/Unix/Windows Operating System.

Good prioritization and time management skills and Clear communication.

Working on geo-location(GPS) data, features mapping, and tools such as ArcGIS Model builder and other spatial data processing skills.
