Qualifications: Bachelors, MBA / PGDBM in Sales & Marketing Eligibility: 2 yrs. experience in B2B or B2G sales
Roles & Responsibilities South Region:
Working at South Location, Bangalore office, covering south region: Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala
Generating leads, visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients, Helping determines pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Roles & Responsibilities North Region:
Working at North location - maintenance of office, generating lead from North location, regular follow up.
Follow up with - Central Ministry and State Ministry (North) meetings, Demo, Proposals and follow ups.
Working with other PSU - ESIC, Central & Northern Railways, NTPC etc.
Registration and update of products on different portals - GeM, Medika Bazar etc.
Working with all North side Dealers & Distributors - maintaining PR, Supporting them with all documents.
Responsible for handling leads or enquiries and sending them the relevant information like the Concept note, Brochure, Informative links or videos recorded and our quoted prices for our products.
Sending Proposal to Different Ministry International level through reference and connection.
Participate in social events by our partners & Ministry - Birac, IPE Global, Venture centre etc.
Follow- up with the client if necessary. Once the client shares interest.
Internal Follow-up with other departments for the New and Pending orders execution. Also, for the replacements whenever necessary for North.
Responsible for giving a demo to the client or the end user on the usage of the device once the device reaches their end.
Customer Feedback is taken after 30 days from the day of product delivery and recorded in our database.
Maintaining the Customer Details, Active Device, Prospective/Lead, Sales Contact details, Spreadsheet, by referring to the Purchase order or emails or what s up or any medium the information is received.
Responsible for drafting the Terms and Conditions for Distributorship and the Agreement Copy, only when needed.
Responsible for maintaining a record of Sales and Marketing Material like brochures, images, reports, Slide deck, concept note and more. (the updated versions) - NORTH.
Responsible for coordinating with our Marketing Consultant and students of TAPMI SEVA and all involved and closely monitoring the Project on Market Research on the need for accountable cold chain in the last mile transport of thermally sensitive biologicals .
