Your role will also be responsible for providing expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities on ABC (Anti-bribery & Corruption) and ATEF (Anti-Tax Evasion Facilitation) matters. You will also have the opportunity to act as key lead for and Functions for ABC advisory and oversight matters.
To be successful in this role, you should have,
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements including key bribery legislation and regulations.
- Robust understanding of banking products and services offered by and key bribery / corruption risk they pose.
- Preferred Post graduate qualification and relevant experience with VP role gained in the legal or compliance departments.
- Extensive experience in policy drafting or equivalent.
- Ability to work closely with other functions to find both technical and procedural solutions.
