AVP - Transaction Banking Product Manager - Trade & Working Capital (8-20 yrs)

To be successful as an "AVP", you should have experience with:

Proven experience in Trade and working capital products, systems, and processes to effectively plan and deliver objectives.

Track record of understanding and delivering projects in India's regulatory environment across the Trade and Working Capital product suite.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to navigate complexity.

Key Accountabilities for the role:

- Help develop and execute product design and strategy for new products, processes and working with deal teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage end-to-end regulatory change projects impacting products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focus solutions and seamless execution of service and process improvements projects.

- Drive process optimization, improving legacy processes to enhance efficiency.

- Engage with stakeholders to execute product strategies, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
