AVP - Quant Equity Financing - Investment Banking (7-14 yrs)

We have an AVP - Quant Equity Financing opening for IB-based Mumbai.

The role holder will interact with regional traders to understand the key areas of business, the PnL drivers, and the risks involved and work closely to build solutions/ models/ reports that can help in making informed business decisions.

Exp: 4 to 5 years

- Education: CFA+FRM with decent understanding of finance preferred, Engineering Graduate in Computer Science /IT, Masters preferred

- Advanced Excel (Mandatory), Angular (Mandatory), Python (advanced Level), SQL (advanced Level) required.

- Fullstack development experience or web development experience or experience in building api's preferred.

- Candidates working in Prime-Brokerage shall fit-in well.

- This is not a quant developer role and it is more towards analytics.

- Technical Skills: Preferred Knowledge of BI tools like Qlikview, Tableau or Power BI (good to have skills)

- Proficient in Linux operating system and shell scripting

- Solid understanding of Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS and Spark.

- Experience on these popular tools preferred: Pandas, numpy, Microservices ((Flask or Fast Api), Django, Sqlalchemy.

- Relevant Experience in Investment Banks preferred.
