Job Description
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.

- Identify and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and partners.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally and promote its products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
- Proposal and Contract Development:
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents for potential clients.
- Ensure that proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Identify and explore new markets for business growth.
- Develop strategies to penetrate and establish the companys presence in new regions or industries.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about competitors.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to improve products, services, and overall business development strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing industry
- Experience developing and implementing business plans
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
