Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP Workload Migration on AWS (SAP RISE). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-cloud environments, cloud-native architecture, and end-to-end migration processes. This role requires someone who can design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Architecture & Design :

- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud architectures for SAP Workload Migration (SAP RISE).

- Provide architectural leadership and deliver scalable, cost-effective, and robust cloud solutions.

- Define target architecture, wave planning, and execution for large-scale cloud migrations.

- Design and deploy secure cloud environments, including data encryption, IAM policies, NACL, and Security Groups.

AWS Services Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with AWS VPC, Subnets, EC2, Lambda, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), ECS Fargate, Transit Gateways, S3, and CloudFormation.

- Implement AWS analytics solutions using Athena, Kinesis, Redshift, and SageMaker.

- Utilize AWS DMS and Application Migration Service (MGN) for database and infrastructure migration.

Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Solutions :

- Experience working across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).

- Lead VMware on-premise migrations to AWS while integrating with SAP Cloud (SAP RISE).

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.

Security & Compliance :

- Design and implement layered security models, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Automation & CI/CD Pipelines :

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and AWS-native automation tools.

- Automate deployment processes while maintaining operational efficiency and reliability.

Business Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to align cloud strategies with business goals.

- Provide technical mentorship to teams and drive cloud adoption across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall experience in cloud architecture and enterprise systems.

- Expertise in AWS Cloud and SAP Workload Migration (SAP RISE).

- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services (e.g., VPC, S3, EC2, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, EKS).

- Database migration expertise using AWS DMS and Data Lakes.

- Proficiency in Python (Boto3) and other scripting languages for automation.

- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Strong understanding of networking, security frameworks, and multi-cloud environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional (Mandatory).

- SAP C/4 Hana Lead to Cash certification is a plus.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience with OpenAI integration and serverless applications.
