SAP FICO RAR Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

SAP FICO & RAR (Revenue accounting and reporting)

• Facilitate the implementation / rollout and support of SAP FICO - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment , Asset accounting and settlement.
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Hands on Experience RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) to manage revenue recognition as a process – identify contracts, identify performance obligations, allocate the transaction price, manage fulfilment of performance obligations, and make revenue postings.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO + RAR modules. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in SAP CO, including Material Ledger and CO-PA and the related authorization concepts
• Good knowledge of integration with Sales & Distribution, Production, Materials Management and Project System.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• ABAP development knowledge is advantage (debug and simple code creation)
