Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership :

   • Manage Development Teams : Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure they adhere to coding standards and best practices while working on MEAN stack-based applications.
   • Project Management : Coordinate tasks within the development team, ensuring timely project delivery and smooth workflow through agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
   • Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code is being produced, providing feedback on improving efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

2. Architecting Solutions :

   • System Design : Design and architect the overall system and ensure the integration of all MEAN stack components—MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js—to create scalable and efficient applications.
   • Application Scalability : Make architectural decisions regarding scaling, load balancing, and performance optimization for large applications.
   • Microservices : Depending on the company’s needs, designing applications with a microservices architecture may be a key responsibility, leveraging MEAN technologies for distributed systems.
