Placement Executive - Online Programmes

Placement & Internships Support: Provide comprehensive placement support to students enrolled in the Online B.Sc Computer Science program. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employability and placement rates.

Job Sourcing: Identify and source job opportunities relevant to computer science graduates.

Build and maintain relationships with potential employers, industry partners, and recruiters to secure job openings and internships. Candidates with similar experience with existing relevant IT sector clients base knowledge is preferred.

Career Guidance: Conduct career guidance workshops and individual development programs to assist students in their career planning and job search.

Provide personalized career counseling to help students identify career goals and develop job search strategies..

Workshops and Training: Organize and facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and other job search skills. Collaborate with industry experts to deliver training sessions and seminars on emerging trends and technologies in the computer science field.

Individual Development Programs: Design and implement individual development programs tailored to the needs of students, focusing on skill enhancement and career readiness. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their employability.

Alumni Networking: Leverage alumni networks to connect students with mentors and job opportunities. Organize events to facilitate industry-alumni-student engagement.

Placement & Internships Records and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of placement activities and student progress. Generate and present placement statistics, feedback, and program effectiveness reports to leadership.

Collaboration & Promotion: Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and other departments to integrate career services with the academic curriculum. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the placement services and success stories of students.
