Job Roles:
1. To manage and provide leadership to the Accounts team ensuring it produces timely, accurate and useful financial information and provides support to Functional Heads and Top Management.
2. Control and account for the revenue and expenses required in the normal operations.
3. Ensures all accounts are reconciled on monthly basis, review and approve those reconciliation s
4. Assisting the tax team in various activities such as timely submission of various returns, completion of tax audits, tax provisioning, timely payment of advance tax, Professional Tax etc.
5. Reviews Internal Audit reports and progress through unit visits to ensure maximum internal controls are in place
6. Coordinate with the Company Secretary on preparation of Agendas and Minutes and conducting of the Board Meetings, Committee meetings, General Meetings of the Company. Compliances with various acts and regulations under the Listing agreement and SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations.
