Job Description
Zonal Manager - Franchise Relations - East Cent
The Zonal Manager - Franchise Relations is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of all schools in the assigned region, driving admissions, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining quality standards in alignment with Birla Open Minds policies.
Skills Required:
- Strong operational and coordination skills with experience in school operations or education management.
- Ability to manage and conduct quality audits and track compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address partner concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in tracking logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely material dispatch.
- Knowledge of legal documentation processes and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Experience in training coordination and ensuring adherence to academic calendars.
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Admissions and Revenue Generation - Ensure the target number of students are met through on-site/online activities, admissions counsellor training, workshops, tie-ups, and other footfall initiatives.
- Recover all dues related to royalty from schools within the assigned timelines.
- Conduct Annual Quality Audits for all schools.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs/Policies at all BOM schools.
- Track and maintain updates on legal documents for all schools.
- Provide monthly operations updates for all schools to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely curriculum dispatches in alignment with the academic calendar.
- Address and resolve partner queries and concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Ensure trainings at all schools are conducted as per schedule and follow up on reports.
- Coordinate with local and HO-specified vendors for procurement and logistics of material as per requirements.
- Work closely with the Logistics and Finance departments for student and school kits, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage orders and coordinate payment collection for kits from all schools.
- Ensure end-to-end ramp-up of new schools in collaboration with all departments, maintaining SOPs and adhering to BOMIS guidelines and timelines.
