Role Overview
We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our on-site Global Sales
Team at our Bangalore office. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential global
biotech, pharma, and research clients, pitching our AI & Bioinformatics CRO services, and
closing deals. You will work closely with the Global Sales Manager to expand our international
business and drive revenue growth.

4.)Market Research & Competitive Strategy
5.)Reporting & Collaboration
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.) 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Life Sciences Sales.
2.) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3.) Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold Emailing, and CRM tools.
4.) Ability to understand and sell complex scientific services.
5.) Target-driven mindset with a track record of closing business agreements.
6.) Knowledge of bioinformatics, AI/ML in biology, or pharma R&D (Preferred, Not
Mandatory).
7.) Prior experience in selling SaaS, IT services, or research-based solutions is a plus.
