JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Production

Position: AGM - Production

Reports to GM Manufacturing

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall manufacturing & packing operations.
• Responsible for review and execution of manufacturing and dispatch schedule as weekly and monthly plan.
• Preparation of monthly/ weekly production plan by. Coordination with PPIC Team.
• Responsible to coordinate with QC for testing and release of RM, PM, in process and finished product samples.
• Responsible for review and compliance for routine monitoring of batch production records, monitoring of yields and productivity.
• Responsible to coordinate with maintenance head to timely execution of preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
• Responsible to follow up with maintenance head to timely resolving of equipment breakdowns.
• Responsible to coordinate with IPQA team and respective in charges of manufacturing and packing operation to maintain process and product parameters are under control and maintain GMP.
• Responsible for review of SOP`S and QMS documents (Change Control, Deviations, Investigations and Incidents).
• Responsible for review and approval of PV protocols, qualification protocols, hold time study and cleaning validation protocols.
• Responsible to coordinate with R&D and technology transfer during new product launch PV batched and new product MFR`s.
• Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment of technical and non-technical persons in production.
• Responsible for review and investigation of market complaints and compliance of CAPA.
• Responsible to coordinate with QA to get BMR/BPR issuance and preparation on time.
• Conducting training based on training needs, induction training and maintaining records to all staffs operation
• Responsible for review of URS and BOQ for purchase of new machines.
• Responsible for monitoring all areas with respect to regulatory standards
• Responsible to perform the internal audits as per schedule.

• Experience: 18 to 21 years experience in OSD production in pharmaceutical manufacturing company, approved by EU & other regulatory authorities in Manager / Sr. Manager position, handling big team.
  
• Software:
• Hands on experience in SAP applications.
• Working in Excel & PowerPoint.

• Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication & language skills.
• Excellent Leadership Quality to handle big team.
