Project Management (R&D) API

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for R&D projects in API manufacturing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and take corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or related field with10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Strong understanding of chemistry principles applied to API R&D & manufacturing processes.
  
• Proven track record in developing effective project plans, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
