Urgent Requirement Sr. Officer To Executive - PPMC

We are seeking an experienced Production Planning and Control (PPMC) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have experience in OSD and a strong understanding of production planning and control principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
3. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to optimize production processes.
4. Implement and maintain production control systems, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP- Pharmacloud systems.
5. Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
7. Identify and mitigate production risks, including supply chain disruptions and capacity constraints.
8. Develop and maintain reports to track production performance, including metrics such as throughput, yield, and lead time.
9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
2. 2-7 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the Pharma industry.
3. Experience with OSD (Tablet, Capsule) is a must.
4. Strong understanding of production planning and control principles, including ERP Pharmacloud systems.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
2. Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as ERP Pharmaloud.
