Officer To Executive - ADL

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer to Executive to join our Analytical Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing analytical methods for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products, ensuring compliance with WHO and EU GMP regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and validate analytical methods for OSD products, including HPLC, GC, and other chromatographic techniques.
2. Ensure compliance with WHO and EU GMP regulations, including method validation, stability studies, and batch release testing.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Formulation Development, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless transfer of analytical methods.
4. Provide technical support for method troubleshooting, method transfer, and method optimization.
5. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical methods for OSD products.
6. Participate in audits and inspections, including WHO and EU GMP audits.
7. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends, and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

1. M.Sc. or B Pharmacy or M Pharmacy
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical development, with a focus on OSD products.
3. Exposure to WHO and EU GMP regulations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
4. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and other chromatographic methods.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with method validation, stability studies, and batch release testing.
2. Knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) principles and their application in analytical development.
3. Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
4. Certification in a relevant field, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
