Head / Sr. Manager - Production

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the formulation plant to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Manage, mentor, and develop plant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to innovate and improve formulations.
• Develop and manage the plant's budget and resources.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational, reducing downtime and maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or formulation.
• Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
