Wordpress Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Wordpress Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clean coding practices, API integrations, and AWS server management, in addition to hands-on experience with popular content management systems such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain websites using WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and Webflow.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure long-term project success.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance website functionality.
• Manage and deploy websites on AWS servers, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Customize themes, plugins, and modules to meet client specifications.
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across all devices.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimise site speed and performance.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality.
• Maintain and update website content and structures as required.
• Stay current with the latest web technologies, trends, and platform updates.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and Webflow.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and clean coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party services.
• Experience managing and deploying websites on AWS servers.
• Understanding of web performance optimisation and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with website migrations and integrations.
