Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our training courses.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them to convert into paying customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets..
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and course offerings to provide relevant information to potential customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in EdTech sales, education counseling, or selling training courses.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to effectively present and sell products over phone calls.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach toward meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role within the EdTech or education counseling industry.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional sales or counseling certifications will be a plus.
