VisionPlus - Lead Programmer Analyst

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPlus (V+) (CMS) as a Lead Programmer Analyst:

• Experience should have 5 years to 7 years.
• Should have V+ CMS hands on Experience with posting knowledge.
• Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (Cobol, JCL, VSAM and CICS).
• Should be good in following functionalities Functional.
• Posting.
• Statement processing.
• Interest processing.
• Non-Mon and Monetary flow.
• Cards issue/re-issue processing.
• Understanding on the SDLC.
• Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
• Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
• Should have good oral and written communication.
• Should have strong Analytical Problem-solving skills.
• Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team.
• Should be proactive and adaptive.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
