Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchisee Business Development Manager to join our team at Billu Personal Care Pvt. Ltd., specializing in Salon at Home Services. The Franchisee Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by developing and managing a network of franchisees across various cities. The primary responsibility will be to recruit individuals interested in owning and operating a franchise of our Salon at Home Services, wherein they will oversee all operations within their designated city by paying a royalty amount to the company per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchisee Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective franchisees interested in operating Salon at Home Services within their city to carry out Billus at home service at their end.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract potential franchisees, including presentations, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Franchisee Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees during the setup phase and ongoing operations, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and operational standards.
• Network Expansion: Expand our footprint by establishing new franchises in target cities and territories, focusing on strategic growth opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with franchisees to foster collaboration, address concerns, and drive business growth.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Training and Compliance: Coordinate training sessions and ensure franchisees and their teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance against key metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in establishing franchise business in various cities preferably within the service industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire and guide franchisees towards achieving business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships.
• Ability to negotiate and finalize franchise agreements while maintaining mutual benefit for both parties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for company’s work and for meetings.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
