Job Overview

SKA Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QS/Billing Engineer with 5 years of expertise in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, preparing accurate bills, and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual obligations across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying:

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and estimations for projects.

Perform on-site measurements and validate material usage.

Billing:

Prepare, verify, and process contractor and subcontractor bills.

Ensure timely submission and approval of bills for smooth project execution.

Cost Management:

Monitor and manage project budgets to avoid cost overruns.

Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flows, and project forecasts.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive records of BOQs, estimates, and billing processes.

Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and reconciliation statements.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams.

Liaise with contractors and clients to ensure accurate communication and billing processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in QS/Billing, preferably within the real estate industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and reconciliation.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with precision.
