Job Summary:


The Senior Manager - Corporate Sales is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves strategizing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets, working closely with cross-functional teams, and providing leadership to the corporate sales team.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to expand the corporate sales pipeline.
    • Create tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Lead the effort in acquiring new corporate clients and managing relationships with existing high-value customers.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with corporate clients.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement, timely resolution of issues, and proactive communication.

Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales executives, setting targets and driving performance.
    • Conduct training and development sessions to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
    • Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve decision-making processes.

Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align corporate sales strategies with broader company initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop pricing strategies and value propositions that appeal to corporate clients.

Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Track sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior management on the progress of corporate sales activities.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights into the market environment to inform business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-make
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Good listener, Powerpoint presentation, Email Drafting, Lead Generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SME and retailer business models and their challenges.
  • Proven track record in selling loyalty/rewards programs or customer engagement solutions.
