Manager, Credit Strategies

What you will be doing:

• Development and testing of credit risk strategies for all loan originations.
• Monitoring portfolio risk, including exposure management.
• Monitoring of KPI’s and management information to identify trends and/ or changes in consumer behavior.
• Providing support to business development, operations, and compliance functions to ensure prudent growth and control while managing risk.
• Development of forecasting processes including credit loss and delinquency.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of quantitative analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with SQL or Python required.
• 3+ years of relevant risk management or financial services experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with consumer lending asset classes.
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making ability.
• Experience monitoring risk strategy through the economic cycle and/or in various environments.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Tableau or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
• This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and teammates will need to be in the office 2 days a week.
