Role & responsibilities

• Timely checking, processing & accounting of S&D Claims i.e. Secondary & Other Claims like Visibility, Listing Fee, Sampling, Off Invoice Chain D/Note, Damage/Expiry, Commission, Price / Scheme Diff., Shortages, Freight reimbursements etc.
• Transaction completion & Trial Closure confirmation on monthly basis with minimized Provision as per approved Scheme/Offers etc.
• Customer Reconciliation/NOCs and resolution of Internal and External queries related to AR.
• Collection of Payment from Chains/Customers as per agreed terms, Clearing & knocking-off of all Receipts.
• Verification of TA DA claims & submission of final sheet to reporting manager for payment processing.
• Incentive validation & timely disbursement etc.
