Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, Android SDK, and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support for Android applications, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug issues in real-time, working with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Monitor application performance and stability, proactively identifying potential issues and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with the development team to track and resolve bugs, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Assist users with technical inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Create and update FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Conduct application testing and validation for new releases, patches, and updates to ensure functionality and stability.
Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and trends to inform application enhancements and process improvements.
