Job Title : Business Analyst With P&C Insurance Experience.

Location : Pune/Coimbatore/Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform strong database design and write SQL queries to extract and analyze critical data.

- Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in the Insurance industry.

- Conduct in-depth Insurance Data Analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Utilize your work experience with Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance to enhance your offerings.

- Contribute to Agile Projects, ensuring the seamless integration of data and insights.

- Act as a business-facing expert, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Make informed decisions based on data analysis to guide business strategies.

- Understand and translate customer's business requirements into specific data needs and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Insurance sector.

- Proficiency in database design, SQL query writing, and data analytics.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Insurance industry.

- Prior work experience with Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

- Proven track record of working on Agile projects.

- Exceptional business-facing skills with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
