Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Participating in sales team meetings.

Prerequisite Competencies :

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.

- 4 or more years' experience in sales and management preferred from real estate (builder/broker).

- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Strong negotiating and sales skills.
