Jr. Site Engineer

Manage and supervise residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Responsibilities:

Project Support and Oversight:
Assist senior engineers in all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
Monitor construction progress against plans and schedules, identifying and addressing any delays or deviations.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they comply with specifications and safety protocols.
Site Management and Inspection:
Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of materials and workmanship according to project blueprints and specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation of construction progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and photographic records.
Track and manage material deliveries to ensure they meet project timelines.
Safety and Quality Control:
Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to minimize risks and accidents.
Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for workers as needed.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team to ensure construction meets quality standards.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior engineers, keeping them informed of any issues or changes.
May participate in client meetings to address questions or concerns.
