Job Description
- Reviewing the Technical Specification submitted by Consultant and make necessary comments on that document.
- Reviewing the Technical Documents / Drawings submitted by Consultant and make necessary comments on that document.
- Reviewing the Vender submitted Technical offers and submits the Quires on that offers.
- Reviewing the Vender submitted Clarifications and submits replies.
- Arranging the Techno-Commercial meetings and preparing the MOM with Vendors.
- Preparing the Technical Evolution Report for further process.
- Preparing Bill of materials for respective area.
- Selection of Equipments for various requirements for the project as per codes and standards
- Providing the technical clarifications for the vendor quires on the respective packages.
- Reviewing the Drawings and Documents submitted by Vender and Comment on those Drawings / Documents.
- Submit Drawing / Documents to Consultant and Clint for approval.
- Reviewing of vendors offers and consolidating all comments and forwarding to vendor for further clarification.
- Reviewing and commenting on sub-vendor drawings and submitted to Client / Vendors.
- Coordinating with other Department to clear the issues.
- Prepare and Developing project reports
- Monitoring & analysis of project progress i.e Ordering, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Construction Activities.
- Maintaining of all the Project Drawings, Documents, Data sheets and Preparing the Bill of Quantities
- Preparing the Project Schedule (Bar Chart) considering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing & dispatch plan.
- Preparation, Review & updating overall project Schedule, Pre & Post award monitoring schedule for various packages, Resource planning by using MS project.
- Managing project reports; take off documents, executing program / plans after thorough discussion with clients.
- Attending the technical meetings with vendors.
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
