Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform daily inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and maintain machinery in our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling electrical breakdowns, preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and power control center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and record machinery status.
• Handle electrical breakdowns and maintenance of shop floor machinery.
• Perform preventive and periodical electrical maintenance, including spare parts management.
• Operate and maintain Vacuum Furnace and other electrical equipment.
• Update machine documentation, including logbooks, KWH readings, and water consumption.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and maintain robotic coating equipment.
• Implement projects for reducing power consumption.
• Inspect and operate DG sets and electrical power requirements for various departments.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for scheduled electrical inspections.
• Support facility projects and maintain power control systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) with 11KV or 33KV Wireman/Supervisor license.
• 4-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends for emergency support.
