Business Manager - SAARC

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and expand business operations across SAARC countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka)
• Develop and implement market entry strategies for sports products in the region 
• Build relationships with distributors, partners and key stakeholders 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes 
• Ensure compliance with trade agreements and local regulations 
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts 

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field 
• 5+ years of experience in international business management 
• Knowledge of SAARC markets and trade regulations 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to travel frequently
