Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Should be responsible for the preparation and submission of monthly business reports to the management in an accurate and timely manner.
• Shall be responsible for preparing Pre-orders.
• Assist the Supply chain Manager in Monthly new orders closing and reporting.
• Monitor and analysing monthly purchase order being placed against purchase budget.
• Shall be responsible for handling monthly business target closing activities and business reportings.
• Co-ordinating with sales team and supply chain department in the day-to-day operations and managing according to the company procedures.
• Ensuring reliable system of internal controls is in place to adequately safeguard organizational assets and provide with integrity accurate reporting on financial results.
• Should be responsible for the overall divisional business budgets preparation, analysis of deliverables and manage over P&L of the business division.
• Supervise Sales team productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency.
• Preparation and Participate in development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy.
• Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and clients relations.
  

Job Requirement

• Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accounting/ MBA/ ICWA in Accounting/Finance, Statistics or any other relevant field.
• Having 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply chain Department
• Possess good skill in advance Excel & Short cuts, any analytical tools will be added as advantage
• An ability to priorities and manage expectations
• A keen eye for detail and well verse with Microsoft Office.
• A good understanding of Supply chain management obligations,
• Communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
