Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager- Administration & Facilities to oversee the smooth operation of our administrative and facilities functions in our retail healthcare clinics across India and other business locations. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for administrative operations, including document management, record keeping, and petty cash, travel, and expense management.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage logistics related to: Phlebotomist scheduling and deployment Collection kit inventory and distribution Sample transportation and storage waste disposal
• Develop and implement procedures for safe and ethical blood collection practices
• Oversee all aspects of blood collection operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement effective logistics plans to meet business objectives, including managing budgets and timelines.
• Analyze data using Excel reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with front office teams to ensure seamless communication between departments.
• Liaise with phlebotomists, lab personnel, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
