Functional Expertise:
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics such as attrition rates, TA metrics workforce demographics, etc., using data from Darwin box and other sources.
- Utilize expertise in Darwin box (or similar HRMS tools) to optimize HR processes, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on system functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards to support HR operations and reporting needs.
- Expertly manage policy documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with legal requirements and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR operations, leading initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning Development to support organizational goals.
- As part of HR operations, ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources, including labor laws, tax laws, and other compliances.
- Oversee and manage payroll processes, including processing employee payouts, managing payroll taxes, and preparing payroll reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and availability of employee & other HR data. Continuously improve the quality of data and processes to ensure meaningful and trustworthy business metrics.
- Ensure timely closure of Background verification of all new joiners.
- Ensure system effectiveness and other executional tasks for Performance Development

- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Interaction:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure qualitative and timely closure of respective chores.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and affective HR procedure and policies.
- Collaborate with the larger HR team to implement candidate engagement and onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. And more..as we deal with ambiguity together! You will be expected to own the following areas at work.

Skills & know-how:
- 3-5 years of working knowledge in HR operations
- Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes.
- You should be able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent know how of Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- You should have exposure of working with senior Leadership team.
