Role & responsibilities
1) Online filing through data entry
2) Updating database as per online status of application
3) Reporting as per data entry regarding action to be taken before deadline
4) Maintaining deadline of submission
5) Arranging documents as required communicating Client through Email/Phone call
6)Managing all above assignments daily which are not much in quantity in responsible manner within time
Preferred candidate profile
1) Male Candidate 35 to 40 Only
2) Must be based in SILIGURI City or near surrounding areas
3) Must have English Writing Skill without Grammatical Mistake
4) Must have 3 to 4 years Experience in Ms Word/PDF/Excel, Email in Computer
5) Have Good Typing Speed 25 UPPER
6) Must have Ability and high Interest to Learn Basic Clerical Procedures as part of legal professional services
7) Ability to Manage Different Small Assignments as per timing and Reporting Accordingly
8) Must be Serious and Responsible
9) 01 year to 03 years as Experience
10) Experience in MS Word/Excel/PDF and Email at least in last 1 year
11)Must have dealt with assignments being Responsible to complete in time and report time to time
Must have minimum professional attitude
