Role & responsibilities

• To take responsibility as Study pathologist for conduct of studies as per GLP/GMP compliances.
• Prepare or revise SOPs, related formats, logbooks, and its implementation in test facility.
• Involving and ensuring Qualification, Calibration and AMCs of Instruments of Pathology department.
• Raw Data maintenance and ensuring timely archival of all study related material.
• To Maintain the chemical inventory and requisition of all materials needed for the proper conduct of Pathology procedures.
• Performed Necropsy of animals, Bleeding, preparation and reading blood smear, Organ collection & weighing.
• Involving in analysis of study data using computerized systems, softwares, and ensuring their validation status.
• Conduct Hematology, Biochemistry, urine analysis & involve in Histopathology Process I.e. Trimming, Embedding, sectioning and staining.
• To analyse and interpret hematology, biochemistry and urine analysis results.
• To maintain and ensure the availability of chemical and reagents related instruments and pathology process.
• To involve in preclinical exploratory toxicity studies, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics studies.
• Participates in inter-laboratory proficiency testing as per requirement.
• To involve in addressing findings of inspection / audits and ensure implementation of CAPA for procedures in study/ laboratory area.
