Assistant Manager- Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Contribute to develop and enhance compliance policies and guidance documents / Training documents to align with regulatory standards and business needs.
• Partner with business teams to resolve medico marketing compliance issues and foster alignment during discussions.
• Contribute as an active member to conduct proactive risk assessments in critical areas to identify potential risk.
• Highlight key areas for improvement and present findings during periodic Compliance Committee meetings.
• Should be able to independently perform field reviews to understand on-ground challenges and identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
• Contribute to digital initiatives to enhance compliance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into the organizations operational frameworks.

Additional Skills

Strong analytical skills - Experience in extracting SAP reports and perform analytical review. Good written and communication skills Strong Ethical mindset and a liking to bring change a shift in the mindset

Qualification

CA/ Lawyer / CIA certification / CFE certified
