Job Description
- Bharat Photon Electronics is looking for Electronics Assembler / Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Component Installation:Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following assembly instructions and engineering drawings
- Ensure accurate placement and soldering of components, adhering to quality standards
- Soldering:Perform both surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques with precision
- Inspect solder joints to identify and rectify any defects
- Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to verify conformance to specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly process
- Electronics Testing:4
- Functional Testing:Test electronic assemblies and devices for functionality and performance
- Use testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators
- Fault Diagnosis:Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in defective electronic components or assemblies
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical problems
- Documentation and Reporting:6
- Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of assembly and testing processes
- Document any modifications, repairs, or adjustments made during the assembly and testing phases
- Reporting:Generate reports on the status of assembly projects and testing outcomes
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and challenges
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adherence to Standards:Follow industry safety protocols and standards throughout the assembly and testing processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework in electronics is a plus
- Proven experience in electronics assembly and testing
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and familiarity with electronic components
- Knowledge of testing equipment and tools used in electronics testing
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
