- Attend assigned service calls at customer site
- Identify faults & provide solution independently using skills & experience
- Attend assigned breakdown complaint for EOT crane
- Identify spares required if any and recommend
- Prepare service reports for work done
- Provide comprehensive feedback of service work to technical team.
- Industry exposure of 3+ years, preferably in industry similar to EOT cranes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
