How will you make an impact
- Lead with Vision Provide technical leadership to a high-performing team, driving projects that generate significant commercial value.
- Ensure Excellence Be accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all healthcare analytics projects from the India office.
- Innovate Solutions Transform client challenges into actionable analytical solutions by collaborating with consultants and product managers.
- Drive Projects Forward Oversee and delegate projects, clear roadblocks, and guide team members to successful completion.
- Build Strong Relationships Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve ideal project delivery and foster collaboration.
The superpowers you ll be bringing to the team
- Analytics Mastery Over 7 years of experience in a highly technical analytics environment, with strong coding skills in SQL, Python, and Snowflake, and expertise in handling large datasets to solve commercial business problems.
- Commercial Insight Strong commercial acumen to understand business needs and suggest impactful analytics solutions, with experience in transforming client questions into actionable insights.
- Leadership Excellence Proven experience in supervising and leading teams as a senior team member, project manager, or team leader, with a strong track record of managing internal and external stakeholders in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
- People Development Passionate about people management, mentoring, and development, with a keen interest in fostering team growth and success.
- Educational Foundation Strong academic background with tertiary qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or a related discipline.
