Knowledge and Experience of 7QC tools, DWM, VSM, TPM, 5S/ Kaizen/ Lean Manufacturing, TPS, MOST, TS 16949, 5S, OHSAS18001.

Knowledge and experience of DCP, PPAP, APQP, Project management.

Knowledge and working experience in Low cost automation technology.

Knowledge and working experience about change management.

Knowledge about Innovation and Bench mark practices.

Knowledge and working experience of elemental cost e.g. Fixed/Variable/Inventory and capital cost and its measures to control it.

Knowledge and experience about Energy audit and energy conservation techniques.

Knowledge and working experience about resource planning and resource optimization.1. Knowledge on work measurement techniques/ Time and Motion study/ CT / WC/ TAKT, Throughput and MOST etc.

Knowledge and working experience on Material handling system.

Knowledge on plant layout./Infrastructure projects/ CAD.

Knowledge on manpower requirement study and continual efforts towards improving the productivity.

Knowledge on MIS system

Knowledge and working experience of Poka – Yoke, Human error prevention techniques, Ergonomic improvements, Fatigue reduction projects, Material handling best practices, Fatigue and MUDA reduction etc.

Presentation of innovation projects./ Plant capacity / Future factory etc.
