Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports.

Coordinate communication between various departments.

Scheduling:Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Support to Management:Assist executives and managers in daily tasks.

Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Address inquiries and provide information to clients or customers.
