Montessori Teacher/ Preschool Teacher- Immediate Joiners Preferred

As a Reggio inspired preschool, we value the importance of the environment as a third teacher, and we believe in creating a space that is inviting, open ended and adaptable to children's interests and needs.

Our ideal candidate needs to have:

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• A diploma/degree in early childhood education or a related field
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood school.

As a Reggio inspired preschool educator, you will :

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a rich, child centered curriculum that supports children's development and interests.
• Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that supports exploration, creativity and collaboration.
• Use documentation as a tool for reflection and communication with colleagues, families and children.
• Foster positive relationships with children and families, and communicate regularly about children's progress and experiences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your understanding and implementation of the Reggio Emelia approach.
