HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR -Manager to join our team and specialize in recruiting for construction engineering profiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations : Main role
• Assist with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits, administration and enrollment.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Recruitment and Selection: secondary role
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction engineering field.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the construction engineering field and its specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
