Node Js Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and web services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve application issues and production bugs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development with a strong focus on Node.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development practices.
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
