- A fintech startup on a high growth trajectory with a significant market share among the largest Brands and Banks in the country is looking for a candidate with a lot of common sense and business experience of having led high performance teams.

- The candidate would take over the role of a Chief Business officer and lead the next level of the growth for the company.

- Should have had the experience of having handled a 100 Cr+ revenue or a GMV of over 10,000 Cr+ and handled cross functional teams.

- The entity which is a part of a multi-billion-dollar financial services conglomerate continues to be a founder led is a profitable venture with an appetite for further investment to expand and scale up. As a CBO, he would inherit a vibrant team and would also take on himself to augment the team with new talent additions.

- We expect the candidate to challenge status quo and lead the execution both at a strategic and tactical level.
