Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Zoho & Supply Chain Management Specialist. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing our Zoho platform, driving data-driven decision-making, and supporting supply chain management (SCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Zoho, IT literacy, SCM principles, and the ability to plan and communicate effectively across various teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zoho Development & Management (50%)
• Leverage Zoho or a similar ERP platform to build and enhance business workflows.
• Execute on-code development independently on Zoho to meet company-specific requirements. • Maintain and operate the Zoho platform, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Continuously optimize Zoho configurations to align with organizational needs.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho or another ERP platform.
2. IT Literacy & Data Management (20%)
• Handle detailed data processes, using strong PC and Excel skills to manage and analyze data accurately.
• Build and maintain accurate databases to support decision-making across the company.
• Ensure data integrity and provide insights based on thorough analysis.
3. Supply Chain Management (20%)
• Apply supply chain management knowledge to support systematic processes within the value chain.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to manage and improve SCM functions.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
4. Planning & Communication (10%)
• Contribute to new process development and product development initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring all personnel are aligned with business and operational goals.
• Actively communicate with key stakeholders to promote operational efficiency and support business growth.
Required Qualifications: Any Graduate / Postgraduate Experience:
• At least 1-2 year of experience with Zoho development and management (or a similar ERP system).
• Experience in supply chain & operations is preferred. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel and strong data management skills. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks independently.
